Sherie Mahlberg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in first responders, their spouses, and their families. Among her areas of expertise are Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), Peer Support, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Sherie received a Bachelors of Arts degree from Bethany Colleges of the Assemblies of God and a Master’s degree in Psychology from California Southern University. Sherie is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree.
As a Christian, Sherie can provide faith based therapy that stays true to Christian values if that is a desired focus of therapy.
In addition to providing counseling, Sherie is the owner and Executive Clinical Director of Restoration Family Counseling where she provides leadership, vision, direction, and supervision. Sherie and her husband have been married for over 25 years and have three children. Sherie comes from a public safety family which includes military, police, dispatch and fire. Sherie’s husband is a fire battalion chief and she has a son who is a police officer.

Among her areas of expertise are Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, stress management, and mindfulness techniques.

Brenna received a Bachelors of Science degree from St. Mary’s College of California and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University.
In addition to providing counseling, Brenna is a clinical supervisor. She has experience as a personal trainer and the promotion of the benefits of sports nutrition as it relates to moods and mental health. Brenna is married to a first responder and is the mother of two young children.

In addition to providing counseling, Kristen has previous experience as a clinical supervisor and trainer. Kristen has been married to her husband, who is a first responder, for 16 years and they have four sons.

Joshua Todt is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in first responders, individuals, couples, and children. Among his areas of expertise are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), mood and anxiety disorders, and grief and anger issues.
Joshua received his Bachelors of Arts from California State University Sacramento and a Masters degree in Counseling and Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
In addition to providing counseling, Josh has over twenty-seven years of law enforcement experience and recently retired as a Deputy Sheriff. He was a POST certified Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Instructor and worked as a Peer Support member for seventeen years. Joshua is a third generation law enforcement officer. He has been married twenty-seven years and has three children.

In addition to providing counseling, Josh is a current professional firefighter with experience in all ranks of the organization including at the Chief Officer Level. He has over twenty-five years of firefighting experience and is a licensed paramedic.

Nataly is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in the state of California. Her passion is to support First Responders and Healthcare workers' mental health. This population faces unique challenges and has a unique culture, which can only be understood by being a part of it. Nataly has been a part of that culture for over 13 years, working in various hospitals, being part of a 911 system, and responding to disasters both nationally and internationally.
Nataly graduated with a Master's Degree from the University of California in San Francisco and a post-masters from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. Nataly is a creator of a non-profit organization "Disaster Responder Assets Network" that has been providing various mental health services to First Responders and Disaster Relief Responders over the last five years. She founded a peer support program at a Level 2 Trauma hospital in Santa Clara County. She has created and taught classes about cultural competency to mental health providers and peer responders serving the needs of First Responders and Healthcare workers. She was featured on KTVU-2, Fox-40, Daytime Cares Event, KVON Radio, FireRescue1.com, Arizona Health and Living, and Voice of America News discussing the mental health needs of First Responders and Healthcare Workers.

Frankie Alipio is the office manager and oversees administrative operations. She is extremely familiar with the clinicians' areas of specializations, training, and availability to ensure all clients receive high-quality care. Frankie is an authentic and warm person who is eager to provide you with needed information and services.
In addition to her administrative work, Frankie is married and has a young daughter. She served our country as a Military Police Officer in the U.S Army. Frankie is the daughter of a police officer.

Shana Gale is the Patient Coordinator and oversees patient intake and continuation appointments, phone calls, emails, questions, and daily interactions. She is familiar with the clinicians’ areas of specialization to ensure all clients receive high-quality treatment.
Shana is a retired United States Air Force veteran with 21 years of medical experience. Her broad expertise had her working for the Inspector General (IG) of Inspections for her last 4-years allowing her to utilize 17+ years of medical knowledge and personnel management skills to plan, conduct, and monitor the IG inspection activities for the Wing. She has been married to her husband for 19 years and they have two young children. Shana's husband is a Fire Captain.

Shania Dicochea is the Patient Service Representative and assists with managing patient coordination. Shania is a welcoming addition to Restoration, eager and ready to assist all clients with important information and services.
Shania comes to Restoration with 3-years of medical experience and is currently working to complete her Ultrasound Technician certification. She is the daughter of a firefighter.
