This course is designed for mental health professionals looking to expand understanding of First Responders culture, their families and interventions that work. 

Cost: $250.00 

Instructor Information 
Sherie Mahlberg, LMFT is the Founder and Clinical Director of Restoration Family Counseling Center Inc. Restoration contracts with agencies throughout California providing individual counseling, intervention and support services post significant incidents to First Responders. Sherie comes from a public safety family which includes her firefighter husband and police officer son. 


Nataly Kuznetsov, MS, RN, ACCNS-AG, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in the state of California. Nataly has been a part of the First Responder culture for over 13 years, working in various hospitals, being part of a 911 system, and responding to disasters. 


Gary Stanoff, LMFT is a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in First Responders. Gary worked for Vacaville Police Department for over 20 years. He provides CISD services for law enforcement agencies throughout the bay area and an extensive background Gary in working with First Responders and trauma. 

Kevin Berkery, is a Fire Fighter Paramedic with Vacaville Fire Depaitment and has served the community of Vacaville for over 21 years. I-le has 26 years in the fire service. He is married and has four children and is the son of a career firefighter. 


Matt Bloesch, is a 23-year law enforcement veteran. He has been actively involved in Peer Support and Trauma Recovery since 2010, following his own trauma diagnosis and recovery journey. Lt. Bloesch is married and has two adult children.
