Anne Luger

Anne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping first responders, veterans and medical professionals deal with  trauma, anxiety, and chronic pain. She also treats sport performance anxiety in athletes of levels. Her  areas of expertise include Brainspotting,  EMDR and guided meditation. 

Anne received a Bachelor of Arts from New College of California and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. 

As a retired police officer, Anne is passionate about helping fellow first responders live their best life. Beyond providing counseling, Anne is an avid scuba diver, sailor and Coast Guard licensed charter captain.
