Audrey Nelson is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in individuals, couples, teens, and first responders. Among her areas of expertise are trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Audrey received a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego.

Audrey’s partner of nine years is a firefighter, and her brother is an Emergency Medical Technician.
