Ed Chicoine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with first responders, individuals, couples, and children. Among his areas of expertise is Critical Incident Stress Management, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Peer Support, depression, anxiety, and relationships. Â
Ed received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University.  Â
Ed is a retired sheriff's deputy with thirty years of law enforcement experience. He also is a United States Air Force veteran. In addition to providing counseling, Ed has served as a peer counselor and a chaplain. Ed and his wife have been married for thirty years and have four children.
