Paget Mitchell is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with First Responders, Spouses of First Responders, children, and adolescents. Since 2016, Padget has volunteered with the First Responder Support Network’s West Coast Post Trauma Retreat (WCPR) and Significant Others and Spouses (SOS) programs both as peer and clinician. She has experience working with children and adolescents in the Santa Rosa school system and is trained in Brainspotting.
Paget earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She is retired from law enforcement with 30 years of service. During her career, she was both a peer counselor and member of the Critical Incident Response Team, providing support to officers and their families adversely affected by critical incidents.
