Tom Westin

Tom Westin is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adult individuals and couples, including first responders. He specializes in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and problem gambling, and uses a variety of approaches in his work with clients, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques.

Tom received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
